Empowering neurodivergent individuals through coaching, connection, and real-world skill building.
What We Do
Morris Independence Consultants provides individualized coaching and consulting for neurodivergent individuals of all ages, from high school students learning independence to adults navigating career transitions. We specialize in helping clients build executive functioning, organization, communication, and life skills that lead to lasting independence and confidence.
Our approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered. Each plan is designed around the individual’s goals, routines, and environments, not standardized programs. Whether we’re meeting in the community, at home, or online, our focus is on practical strategies that work in everyday life.
